Denver Data Centers Summit 2026 is set to bring Colorado’s commercial real estate leaders, policymakers, and industry experts together to explore data center growth, incentives, and tax strategies.
Denver, CO | March 24, 2026 — The Denver Data Centers Summit 2026, hosted by the Colorado Real Estate Journal (CREJ) in partnership with Swanson Rink, will take place Tuesday, April 14, 2026, at The Cable Center in Denver. The summit unites top CRE professionals with policymakers to discuss trends in data center development, Colorado business incentives, and tax breaks shaping the state’s CRE landscape.
Aviva Sonenreich, Managing Broker at The Warehouse Hotline, will moderate one of the program’s expert panels, featuring Dan Diorio, Vice President of State Policy, Data Center Coalition; Sandra Hagen Solin, Founder & President, Capitol Solutions; and Paul Lundeen, former Colorado State Senator. Panel discussions will highlight Colorado’s business climate, policy incentives, and emerging opportunities in the data center sector.
Attendees are eligible for four hours of real estate continuing education credit, approved by the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies, with credit contingent upon arriving for opening remarks and staying through the conference conclusion.
