Izzy Sonenreich started in the Colorado real estate industry in 1976. Izzy has been a licensed and practicing real estate broker ever since. Prior to that, Izzy was involved in real estate management, managing hotels, and multi-tenant residential complexes Ranking in the top 1% of brokers in Colorado, Izzy has successfully brokered both residential and commercial real estate. Izzy’s focus has been in land and industrial sales. After a period with a local brokerage house in the mid-’80s, Izzy started the next phase of his career in buying and syndicating real estate. In 1984 Izzy syndicated the first Warehouse Hotline property, acquiring over 1,300 acres in the DIA/E-470 corridor. Izzy is also involved with the zoning and annexation of the properties expanding into Aurora. In the early 1990’s Izzy continued syndicating properties with a primary focus on income properties, primarily industrial. With a bulk of industrial properties, Izzy has since added a portfolio of retail properties in the Stanley Market Area and the Colfax and Wadsworth corridor. Since, Izzy has built a management company that owns, manages, and leases approximately 1 million square feet of commercial and residential income property and over two square miles of land. In his free time, Izzy loves to travel with his wife.
